By accessing or using any Built4 services, websites, programmes, challenges, or content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over. By registering or purchasing any Built4 programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Our Services
Built4 offers a range of health, fitness, and performance programmes, including but not limited to:
Built4 Life TEAM Programme Group coaching designed to improve strength, nutrition, mindset, and community.
Built4 Life 1-2-1 Programme Bespoke coaching tailored to the individual’s goals and needs.
Built4 Challenges, Courses & Events Short-term programmes, educational modules, and community events (both free and paid).
We may update or modify the Services at any time to improve client experience or reflect business changes.
4. Fees, Payments & Commitments
All fees are displayed in GBP (£) and payable via the payment methods shown on our website or checkout pages.
By enrolling in any programme, you agree to the applicable payment terms and any minimum commitment period stated (e.g., a 3-month minimum term).
You authorise Built4 to charge your chosen payment method for all programme fees on the agreed schedule until your commitment period ends or you cancel in line with Section 12.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to our Services.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our programmes, no refunds will be provided once access to the Services has been granted.
If you wish to cancel before your next billing date, you must contact us in writing at built4ltd@icloud.com at least 7 days before renewal.
We reserve the right to decline refunds for partial periods or unused Services.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information during registration.
Following the fitness, nutrition, and mindset guidance provided by your coach.
Ensuring you are medically fit to participate before beginning any Built4 programme.
Using any apps, tools, or communication channels provided respectfully and appropriately.
Built4 and its coaches are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction arising from failure to disclose health information or misuse of guidance.
7. Health Disclaimer
Built4 provides general fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. We are not a medical organisation and do not provide medical advice or diagnoses.
Always consult your doctor before starting any new fitness or nutrition programme, particularly if you have existing health conditions. Participation is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Built4 platform — including text, images, videos, guides, course materials, logos, and branding — remains the property of Built4 or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Built4 content without written permission.
9. Community Conduct
Built4 operates private online communities and communication channels. You agree to:
Treat other members and coaches with respect.
Avoid abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour.
Not promote third-party services or solicit clients from within the community.
Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from Built4 platforms without refund.
10. Data Protection & GDPR
We respect your privacy and handle your data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary to deliver coaching, support, and communications.
We only collect essential data (such as contact details, progress tracking, and payment information) and will never sell or share your data with unauthorised third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built4 and its team are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
Injury, illness, or damages resulting from participation in fitness activities;
Technical interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised access.
Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms or behave inappropriately within the Built4 community.
You may cancel your membership by emailing built4ltd@icloud.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
